Partially Self-Inflicted

A few days ago, I posted a status message critical of the Administration on my (friends-only) Facebook page. One of my “friends” then informed everybody in the aforementioned administration about it. They are not happy. It remains to be seen if I will get fired because of it. I wish I could say something amusingly sarcastic about the situation, but the truth is I cry every day and just wish this was over, one way or another.

    I wish I could that supportive and optimistic friend (but you really do know me too well)… BUT I will wallow in self-pity with you if you need company…. *hugs*

    Да уж, с этим нужно осторожно. Читала уже случаи о том, как люди не получали работу, потому что не то написали в блогге. Всюду враги…

    At least your administration doesn’t make you dig holes, pick rocks and/or plant trees on your holidays! It’s nice for us that we’re exempt, but I feel bad for the other teachers. Not quite what they had in mind when they went for an education degree …

    Thank you, everybody! It looks like I am still employed, though it will likely take me months to dig myself from this hole, assuming I decide I want to :-)
