Weasel Of Doom

1. I had a rough couple of weeks, but am doing better now (sorry for disappearing like that, Karen)
2. Today started out gloomy, but turned into a beautiful sunny Indian Summer day
3. I got off my butt and got some Halloween decorating done – pumpkins and ghosts garland over the garage, “landing strip” outline for the driveway
4. Mel came over to play with the kids, so I was able to clean the upstairs bathrooms (can my life be any more exciting? :P)
5. We took the kids for a walk and then watched the latest episodes of “Castle” and “StarGate: Universe” on Hulu

[In the next couple days, I am going to try and fill-in the missing days 17-33]

1. My husband, who took care of the kids today while I was falling apart
2. Sick days
3. I know that while today sucked, tomorrow will be better
4. Anti-depressants (time to renew my relationship with them)
5. it’s Fall, my favorite season

1. After some gloomy rainy days, beautiful sunshine today

1. I can change posted date in WordPress, which hides a multitude of sins (like my after-midnight and one-day-late posts)
2. Unplanned nine hours of sleep
3. Kids love it when Uncle Mel comes over to play
4. Driving on the freeway late at night
5. Good books

1. Got done with a project at work, only a week late :-)
2. Another work request that had a potential to be a real pain in the ass ended up being an easy fix
3. Mel is coming over tomorrow, which means I can stay at work late and catch up on things, if I need to
4. Got both Damien and Sergey to cooperate and try on socks so that I could sort them (life will be a lot easier in the socks department when they are wearing the same size :-)
5. Last load of towels is in the dryer, and then no more laundry until Saturday!

1. Bill let me sleep in again, which is great, since I have been feeling really run down lately
2. My parents had lots of fun watching the kids play via Skype video call
3. Laundry is done and folded (except for the towels, their turn will come tomorrow)
4. Finally went through Xavier’s clothes and replaced his 9-month tops with 12-month ones
5. It did not rain tonight, so we were able to take the kids on a long walk, by the end of which they all clonked out (Sergey fought the good fight the longest, as per usual)

1. Bill let me sleep in
2. Swimming with Xavier – he is loving it so far
3. Family get-together at mother-in-law’s went a lot better than I expected
4. Despite ample provocation, I have not grounded my children for life
5. New books from Half-Price Bookstore! (“Minority Report,” a collection of stories by Philip K. Dick; “Light Raid,” by Connie Willis and Cynthia Felice

1. The day started off gloomy and dreary, but then the sun came out
2. Friday = babysitters
3. I had a headache most of the day, but a little nap after work took care of that and allowed me to goof off in the evening
4. Damien and Sergey both wanted to hug me before I went to training
5. We are still allowed to smoke outside at work

1. Went out to dinner with my new web developer buddy and our trainer this evening
2. Web developer I met at training would like me to work with her if they have a job opening – nice to know somebody wants to work with me
3. Sergey giving me kisses before I went to training this morning
4. I was away from work all week :-)
5. The rain held off until late in the day
