Grace in Small Things – 98/365
- Today is International Women’s Day
- Almond Joy Pieces
- Getting some things done, despite just wanting to hide my head in the sand and wish for everything to go away
- Unemployment payments, because without them we would have lost the house by now
- Getting out my spring jacket – going to be high 40s for the next couple days!

(Notice I am following my own advice not to try to catch up :-)
1. Olya’s posting things again!
2. There’s hardly any wind today, so even though it’s still bundle-up cold, it’s not as bitter as it has been the last couple days.
3. We still have heat until the end of March (at home, at least).
4. My classroom was on the south side of the building, so I didn’t have to teach with my coat on, and I could still feel my fingers at the end of class.
5. So far, none of my students have changed their English names to anything weird, like UFO.
1. Our furnace is still working (for the moment)
2. Vita-Tops (great for that chocolate craving, but only 1 point)

3. New big, tie bibs (courtesy of my mom)
4. Being able to laugh over a project that I really want to cry over
5. We get to play Sheepshead this Friday night, for the first time in over a year.
